Ahavah Oblak (she/her/hers)
Ahavah is the owner of Four Winds Educational Consulting, working with both large and small nonprofit organizations.
She has a background in education and nonprofit development work and has engaged with tribal, Jewish, Latino, environmental, social justice, education, social services and performing arts organizations. She has experience with both federal and state grants as well as successful awards from community and private foundations. She has raised over five million dollars through grant writing and fundraising events since 2012.
Ahavah holds two master’s degrees (Southern Oregon University & University of Oregon) with a focus on curriculum development for educators and tribal programs. Ahavah curated curriculum resources about native Oregonians for teachers statewide and contributed to benchmarked curriculum development revolving around seven tradition foods for the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs Reservation.
She is an active member of the Grant Professionals Association and state and local development professional organizations and has been active in the field of philanthropy for ten years.
Ahavah is a proud mother of four and a dual US-Israeli citizen.
