Kelli Minnerath has a decade of experience in program and grant management, grant writing, fundraising, and strategic planning in human service and education organizations. She started her career working as case manager for unhoused individuals and families and realized quickly her impact could be magnified by securing funds for the organization through grants and fundraising.

Holding a master’s in financial planning and counseling from the University of Alabama, Kelli possesses a deep understanding of financial strategies and grant procurement. Throughout her career, Kelli has successfully navigated the intricacies of both Foundation and Government Grants, securing over 8 million dollars for various programs and organizations. Her expertise lies in crafting compelling grant proposals tailored to the unique needs and objectives of her clients, ensuring maximum impact and success.

Based in Alexandria, MN, Kelli enjoys the lakeside life with her husband and son. In the summer months, you can find her soaking up the sun and enjoying water activities on the lake. When winter rolls around, Kelli prefers to stay cozy indoors, often immersed in a good book.
