Dunathan Consulting

This month, we would like to give a shout-out to RBW Strategy’s partner Dunathan Consulting. Since she founded Dunathan Consulting in 2004, Andrea Dunathan has worked with a wide variety of clients – from global corporations to tiny non-profits – to make the best use of their people, processes, and technology.

One of the things I have learned as a business owner is that like a shark, business owners need to keep moving. It’s important that we regularly reflect and receive feedback to support continued improvement of our business and our leadership.

RBW has had the pleasure of working with Andrea as she has served as my business coach for over a year. Andrea can be credited for providing incredibly helpful guidance during times of transition, especially as we have been scaling up our operations. She is the “fly on the wall” who sees things that we don’t see and she has supported the development of a team culture focused on boundary setting, core values of inclusion, and support for one another.
