We all know that nonprofit fundraising professionals work incredibly hard while trying to meet competing demands. This work has become even more challenging during the time of COVID. How can development and grants professionals manage the job more efficiently given our hybrid workforce? During this session, we’ll discuss the communications, technology, and task oversight constraints (even reviewing a bit of organizational behavioral change) and how we can develop solutions and offer tips to help ease the burdens for our fundraising colleagues.
