Project Management Tips and Tricks to become more Productive

As nonprofit professionals have had to completely shift their work structure, priorities, and responsibilities, it is easy to feel overwhelmed and ill-prepared. While the world changes, it is important to feel in control of your work and understanding how best to be successful within your organization. During this session we’ll go over how to become better productivity managers versus project managers through analysis of scientific approaches about how to work best, learning how to set priorities, and figuring out the best virtual tools to do the job.
